Ordering
How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through our website. Simply choose your piece and proceed to checkout. Seen something elsewhere that we don't have? Just enquire, as we can source almost anything.
What are my shipping options?
- Standard Shipping, free: typically 4 to 10 business days, fully insured and tracked.
- Express Shipping, free: typically 3 to 6 business days, fully insured and tracked with priority dispatch.
- Melbourne Hand Delivery: available within about 10km of the Melbourne CBD. If it doesn't appear at checkout and you're just outside the radius, get in touch and we'll do our best to arrange it.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't been sized, made or dispatched yet, we'll do our best to accommodate changes. Please contact us as soon as possible.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Every ring includes one free resize within 12 months of delivery, up to 2 sizes up or down. Some designs, such as full eternity bands, can't be resized, and this is noted on the product page. If you'd like help choosing a size, reach out before ordering and we'll guide you.
Custom Jewellery
Do you offer custom pieces?
Yes. We specialise in custom jewellery, from engagement rings to one-of-a-kind gifts, and we guide you through every step so the process feels effortless. Share your ideas, inspiration, images and budget, and we'll take care of the rest.
Will I see my design before it's made?
Yes. We create a CAD (computer-aided design) rendering so you can see exactly how your piece will look. You can refine the setting, stone size or overall look before you approve the design and it goes into production.
How long do custom pieces take?
Custom pieces typically take 4 to 8 weeks from design approval, depending on complexity. We'll confirm your timeline once we've discussed your design.
Can I return my order?
We don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so we'll make sure you're completely happy with the design before anything is made. Every piece is still covered by our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
What if there's a problem with my order?
