Frequently Asked Questions
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. Every consultation is complimentary, with no obligation to go ahead.
Can I bring my partner, or is it a surprise?
Either works. Come together to design it side by side, or come on your own and we'll help you plan the surprise, including working out their ring size discreetly.
Do I need to know what I want?
Not at all. Many clients start with only a feeling or a few photos. Guiding you there is our job.
What if I don't know their ring size?
Borrow a ring they wear on that finger and we can measure it. If it isn't quite right, every ring includes one free resize within 12 months.
