Private Jewellery Concierge
Some watches are bought. Yours is created. At Eluri, we start with an authenticated Rolex, Cartier or Audemars Piguet and make it one of a kind. Every natural diamond is placed by hand, and every detail is set to your vision. The result is a timepiece that's unmistakably yours, finished to a standard you can feel on the wrist.A private, personal process. Based in Melbourne, delivered with care right across Australia.
We believe trust is built through transparency. Here is exactly what happens from your first message to the moment your watch arrives.
Consultation
We start with a private consultation — by phone, video, or in person — to understand your vision, occasion, and budget. No pressure, no hard sells. Just a conversation.
Design brief & quote
We prepare a detailed design brief and itemised quote — showing you the exact diamonds, setting style, case metal, and all associated costs. Nothing hidden.
Timepiece & Diamond Sourcing
Your timepiece for custom setting is sourced. We hand-select diamonds that match your brief exactly. Where possible, you receive certification documents and video of your stones before any work begins.
Setting & craftsmanship
Our master setters place every stone by hand. For pavé, bezel, and channel settings, precision is everything — we photograph each stage so you can follow along.
Quality control & delivery
Every piece undergoes a final inspection for security of setting, polish, and movement accuracy. Then it is shipped insured, fully documented, and ready to wear.
Absolutely. We frequently work with client-supplied watches — Rolex, Audemar Piguet, Patek, and others. We assess the piece first to confirm suitability, then proceed with your chosen setting style.
Professional diamond setting by an experienced setter does not affect movement performance. It will usually void the manufacturer's warranty, so we cover the movement ourselves with a 12-month warranty after the work is done. If your watch is due for a service, we recommend doing it before setting, which can be arranged.
Yes — we have a portfolio of completed commissions and are happy to arrange introductions to previous clients who have agreed to speak on our behalf. We believe word-of-mouth and transparency are the most honest form of marketing.
We have a 30-day satisfaction commitment. If any element of the craftsmanship or finish doesn't meet the standard outlined in your brief, we will remedy it at no cost. In over a decade of commissions, we have never had a client leave unhappy.
