After working at a boutique jewellery environment, Tom grew increasingly frustrated with the slow, generalised approach to customer service that was common across the industry. Clients were often treated as transactions rather than individuals, and the buying experience lacked the attention and flexibility many people truly needed.
With years of hands-on experience and a refined eye for quality, Tom understood better than most what clients were missing out on. He knew that far too often, people were being guided toward diamonds that looked good on paper but failed to deliver in person.
This inspired Tom to create a different kind of jewellery experience, one built around relationships, trust, and genuine expertise.
