How Your Watch Comes To Life
We believe trust is built through transparency. Here is exactly what happens from your first message to the moment your watch arrives.
-
Week 1
Consultation
We start with a private consultation — by phone, video, or in person — to understand your vision, occasion, and budget. No pressure, no hard sells. Just a conversation.
-
Week 1-2
Design brief & quote
We prepare a detailed design brief and itemised quote — showing you the exact diamonds, setting style, case metal, and all associated costs. Nothing hidden.
-
Week 2-3
Diamond sourcing
We source GIA-certified diamonds that match your brief exactly. You receive certification documents and, where possible, video of your stones before any work begins.
-
Week 3-8
Setting & craftsmanship
Our master setters place every stone by hand. For pavé, bezel, and channel settings, precision is everything — we photograph each stage so you can follow along.
-
Week 8-12
Quality control & delivery
Every piece undergoes a final inspection for security of setting, polish, and movement accuracy. Then it is shipped insured, fully documented, and ready to wear.
Questions we hear most often
Absolutely. We frequently work with client-supplied watches — Rolexes, Audemars Piguets, Pateks, and others. We assess the piece first to confirm suitability, then proceed with your chosen setting style.
Every stone we use is GIA-certified and sourced through Kimberley Process-compliant suppliers. You will receive the original GIA report with your custom timepiece. We can also source lab-grown diamonds if that is your preference — at no reduction in quality.
Professional diamond setting by an experienced setter does not affect movement performance. However, it will typically void a manufacturer's warranty. We recommend servicing the movement before setting if it is due, and we can arrange this for you.
Yes — we have a portfolio of completed commissions and are happy to arrange introductions to previous clients who have agreed to speak on our behalf. We believe word-of-mouth and transparency are the most honest form of marketing.
We have a 30-day satisfaction commitment. If any element of the craftsmanship or finish doesn't meet the standard outlined in your brief, we will remedy it at no cost. In over a decade of commissions, we have never had a client leave unhappy.
